It's a service where you create a virtual business card to send to people via email. You can send a text message from your phone to the service with the drop card command to send the card to the specified email address. There's also another service, not as forml, but with a similar purpose in mind, called GLinx. You send your info via a virtual card to someone on thier phone and you get notified with that person's contact details on your phone. It's really like swapping contact info but through a web portal and text messages.
